The designed apartment is located in the SoHo district of New York, the birthplace of the first lofts inhabited by local artists and the origin of the loft style. This post-industrial space has been given new life, transformed into a home for a family of three. The primary goal of the project was to create a hard loft—an open, light-filled space featuring large windows, exposed brick walls, and raw concrete. Instead of solid walls, large glass panels with steel framing are used; installations remain exposed, and the design includes a large kitchen island at the center and a spacious sofa. The space, despite its rawness and simplicity, feels original and, in its own way, cozy.
